2023 shows May to December
Transpennine Oriental & Siamese Cat Club 02/12/2023. This was my last show of 2023 and I won my first Silver level Olympian. I didn't win BOC and was 2nd and 3rd in my 2 side classes.
My write ups.
Judge Chloe Wesley: OLYMPIAN CLASS MALE; OLY MC; Walker OBI GMC HERCULE PURROT black and white shorthair non pedigree who is four years old. A soft coat which has been very well groomed. Cute white patch under the belly, very sweet black markings to the face around the nose and the mouth. Not happy to be held but much happier to be stood on the table when having a fuss. Expressive green eyes.
Judge Irene Roos. CONSIDERED FOR BOC OB IGMC HERCULE PURROT – a very handsome gentleman, four years two months old. He had a soft, sleek coat, with dense black and sparkling white markings, with such an appealing face, I loved his black moustache and lovely green eyes. He was settled in his tray, he came out, had a look round, then had a little grumble about something he wasn’t happy about, but he let me stroke him when he was safely back in his pen.

HANDSOMEST MALE 2 OB IGMC HERCULE PURROT – a very handsome boy with a lovely sleek black and white coat and black moustache.

Cheshire Area Cat Club 16/09/2023. Not one of my better shows but the competition is so very strong that we can all swop places at different shows. I was 5th in the Olympian, didn't win BOC and was 2nd in my 2 side classes but it was still a nice day and I was given a special "I Love Your Cat" rosette which was lovely.

Judge Sarah Holden. AC Senior Adult 2nd, OBIGMC Hercule Purrot, SH, Black & White, handsome black & white boy, dense polished shine black coat with crisp white areas, I love his white ear furnishings, now he is in the senior class albeit still only 4 years young he wears the moustache well, albeit he still hasn’t learnt to pull his socks up yet, he has such a cheeky character

Judge Margaret Lynch. Olympian Class – AV Imperial Grand Master Cat Male 5 th OBIGMC Hercule Purrot – Handsome 4 year old black and white lad I awarded the certificate to at the Lakeland show in June. His coat was very well prepared. The black was jet black and the white sparkled. Coat short and crisp. He smelt lovely. His black moustache suits his name! Another gentle boy.

Chester & North Wales Cat Club 12/08/2023. I was back in the Olympian at this show and guess what - I only won it out of 8!!!!!!! t I also won my BOC out of 6 and both side classes out of 5 and 6. That Olympian was my 5th so I now have a posh new show title of OlympianBronze!!

My write ups.
Judge Janet Wilshaw. Non-Pedigree Pet Shorthair Self (Single Colour) with or without White. BoC IGMC HERCULE PURROT, (NPS n 03) MN 06.09.2019 What can I say? He looked fabulous. I only judged him a couple of weeks ago and it was delightful to meet up again. Shiny, all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and looking just perfect. A while ago, when I was young, a very eloquent Burmese judge adored my lilac female and waxed lyrical about her and said “She fills my eye” and that’s exactly what this young chap does for me. Very special.

Judge Vicky Beddall. 1st OMC IGMC HERCULE PURROT, (NPS n 03) MN 06.09.2019 Handsome three-year-old chap with a lovely short black and white coat. Handled well on the table, but did prefer to be judged in the pen, which was fine with me as it was a little warm in the show hall. Groomed to perfection, his coat smelled gorgeous. Beautiful long white whiskers and his gorgeous white muzzle with his little black moustache, and WOW eye lashes, that he flashed at me. Well-deserved 1st OMC.

Shorthaired cat society 29/07/2023. I didn't go in the Olympian as it is what they call a breed show and you can only have one from those and I already had one but I went for a day out. I won my BOC and 1 side class out of 7 then was 2nd in another out of 4. THEN I won Best Non Pedigree Pet and OVERALL BEST IN SHOW!!!!!

My write ups.
Judge Janet Wilshaw. I was given the delicious job of choosing Overall Best in Show and my choice was IGMC Hercule Purrot, one of my all-time favourite black and whites. Well done my little sweetheart, you have star quality shining brightly.
NON PED PET SH SELF WITH OR WITHOUT WHITE. Best of Colour to IGMC HERCULE PURROT. My Overall Best in Show choice because he’s got the looks and purrsonality that blows me away - fabulous!

Judge Margaret Lynch. Olympian Class – AV HP Imperial Grand Master Cat Male This was a very challenging class and the awards on another day could go a different way. All lovely lads. Oly – IGMC Hercule Purrot (SH – Black & White) Male Neuter a very handsome 3 year 9 month old shorthair black and white lad. Very good muscle tone to his body. He loved a cuddle. His whites sparkled and his black coat was shiny black. He knows how to pose on a trolley!

Judge Patricia Tegg. Class 960…Ac Rescued Stray Cat or Kitten.. (2 entries..) 1 st IGMC HERCULE PURROT (Sh Bl & Wh) MN 3.9yrs 6 Yay here’s the man himself…My old chum with the infamous ‘Hitler’ moustache! How can you not love this character who I must have judged so many times now. I look at him daily as he is on my wall calendar & he never ceases to bring a smile.... He was today as always in perfect condition, no excess weight, smelling rather too delightful for a lad if you’ll pardon me saying, but I’m inclined to think his owner is not likely to keep a stash of men’s after shave in her cabinet, so we will make exception in that respect!. As it was a good day for most cats, this chap was no exception. He can sometimes be a bit reluctant to leave the confines of his pen but not a bit of it today. He joined us with that endearing smirk, well smile, but the tash creates the smirk haha.! He stood nicely so we could check him out & see that he was all things good. Eyes very alert, black coat parts shining, white coat parts snowy. The purring was also evident today, don’t always hear it so that was a bonus. He continues to collect titles & still (at nearly 4 yrs) I’m pretty sure will continue in this vein.
